3. Our Services
FuKi Yoga offers custom yoga apparel solutions—including OEM/ODM manufacturing of leggings, shorts, tops, sets, jumpsuits, jackets, and more—based on your designs, fabrics, sizes, and branding needs.
4. Ordering & Quotes
Submit your design specifications for a personalized quote. Upon approval, we’ll confirm timelines and production plans, at which point a deposit is required.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You must provide clear, accurate design files, logos, and sizing info. You affirm that all submitted content is owned or licensed by you for use in production.
6. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is determined by item complexity, materials, order quantity, and shipping. Quotes are provided in agreed currency. A deposit is required before production; the balance is due before shipment. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees.
7. Production & Shipping
Sample Lead Time: Typically 7–10 days.
Bulk Turnaround: Usually 20–35 days, depending on complexity and volume.
Shipping fees based on order size and destination. Risk transfers once goods are handed to the carrier—please inspect upon arrival and report any issues within 7 days.
8. Quality Control & Returns
We perform full inspection before shipment. Returns or reworks are accepted only for manufacturing defects or non-conformance to approved designs. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
9. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All brand assets you provide remain your property. FuKi Yoga guarantees confidentiality of your designs and business information.
10. Liability & Force Majeure
Our liability is capped at the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We are not responsible for delays or omissions due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).
11. Termination
You may cancel your order before production begins—refunds will be processed minus incurred costs. FuKi Yoga reserves the right to cancel orders or terminate service if we suspect misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [China]. Disputes will first seek resolution by negotiation; otherwise, they are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of [GuangDong/China] courts.
